sunday dinner

my own recipe for bread salad (panzanella)...with shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, fennel, herbs, and homemade vinaigrette. and of course there is always wine...last night we had prosecco.

yum! so how did you do the bread part and what greens did you use?

for the bread i used stale french bread cut into cubes and sauteed in a lot of olive oil and a little s&p. greens this time were frisee and some of the salad mix from the garden (spring mix, mesclun i think. bread goes on warm, and i should have used even more than you can see in this pic:)
