sea fare

scallops sounded good last night, so i made a few. a couple days ago i made some cilantro pesto, so i seared the scallops in that, then served them over quinoa with tomatoes and mushrooms. on a pretty little plate. we've started to have dinner on smaller plates, because i'm a fan of small plates, and because it's better for portion control. also, i just discovered this.
