i made a new southern recipe this weekend: blueberry muffins with streusel topping. yum yum...lots of fat fresh blueberries popping out, and of course made even better with the addition of salted butter. good for a second breakfast or elevensies. or good for dinner...if you've ever been to the south you may have had blueberry muffins with dinner because we don't oversweeten them. that little dinner addition is one of the reasons i like this local place.
